ROOMS & RATES:

*All bathrooms are private, in-room (en suite) and all contain a sink and commode along with bathing facilities as shown above.

**Rates reflect single/double occupancy. Lower rates applicable for Sunday through Thursday, or any multiple night stay including Friday or Saturday. Higher rates apply for Friday or Saturday night only as a 1 night stay. In rooms with 2 beds, $25 per extra person per night.

POLICIES

CHECK-IN TIME:  4:00pm – 7:00pm  (advance reservations only)

As we are a husband and wife operated Bed & Breakfast Inn, we do not staff a reception desk 24 hrs. a day.  If you have special needs, please discuss them with us in advance.  With advance notice, we can accept arrivals after 7:00pm but absolutely no later than 9:00pm.  Please be advised that arrivals between 7:00-8:00pm will incur a $15 surcharge and arrivals between 8:00-9:00pm will incur a $30 surcharge.  Arrivals after 9:00pm will be considered "no shows" as referenced in our cancellation policy below.  We also are unable to accommodate early "check-ins" prior to 4:00pm. 

CHECK-OUT TIME:  Not later than 11:00am

SMOKING & FLAMMABLES:  We do not allow smoking, candles, oil lamps, incense or any other flammable items in the house or on any of the porches or balconies.  Outdoor cooking or grilling is likewise prohibited.  Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.

CHILDREN:  10 years & older, well behaved & well supervised

PETS:  Pets are not allowed due to allergies & cleaning standards

PAYMENT:  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

GROUP RESERVATION POLICY:  For group reservations of 4 or more rooms, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount will be payable 30 days prior to arrival.  The remaining 50% of the total reservation amount will be payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.  Cancellations of group reservations with less than 30 days notice, but more than 2 weeks notice, will forfeit room deposit of 50% of total reservation amount.  Group reservations cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice will be held responsible for payment of entire reservation amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount in the event this reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations with less than 48 hours advance notice and “no shows” will be charged the total reservation amount.  “No shows” are defined as not arriving to claim the room reserved, or arriving after the designated and agreed upon check-in time.   

AMENITIES

Spacious comfortable air-conditioned rooms, in-room private baths complete with hair dryer and bath amenities including shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and moisturizer.  All rooms feature cable TV/VCR, an alarm clock, and an iron with an ironing board. Available for your amusement, we have a variety of movies, books and games.  Bring your laptop and enjoy free high speed wireless internet connections.

A full, hot breakfast is included starting with your choice of 6 juices, freshly baked muffins or bread, a fruit course, followed by a hot entrée accompanied by the “pancakes of the day”.  To date, we have about 50 varieties of pancakes including whole wheat, sweet potato, pumpkin, cornmeal, peanut butter, apple, banana...  All of our baked goods and pancakes are made fresh "from scratch" to provide you with the most delicious and wholesome breakfast possible.  Coffee drinkers will delight in our full-bodied Americus Garden Inn Signature Blend Coffee, a special blend of 100% fair trade organic coffee freshly roasted at Cafe Campesino, right here in Americus.  Breakfast is served in our breakfast/dining room from 8:00am - 9:30am.  For your snacking pleasure, coffee,  a wide variety of teas and herbal teas, cocoa, soft drinks, bottled water, fruit and snacks are available 24 hours a day.

AVAILABILITY & RESERVATIONS

We prefer that you call us directly between the hours of 9:00am - 9:00pm to assist you in making a reservation at 229-931-0122.  Our online reservation request service is available at all times for you to check our upcoming availability and to request a reservation.  Please be advised that while we make every reasonable effort to keep our availability up to date, the display is not 'real-time'.  We will contact you by telephone (in the U.S.) or by e-mail (outside the U.S.) within 48 hours with a reply. If your desired arrival date is within the next 48 hours, please call us.  Your reservation  will be "confirmed" with a confirmation number after we have communicated with you directly.  Our rooms are available by advance reservation only.
